15 power snatches
15 thrusters

Men: 95 lb.
Women: 65 lb.

Results

1 Round Rx then scaled lifts to 75lbs.

Warm-up

Did CrossFit Linda scaled at beginner. Only had 2 bars so had to change plates between bench and cleans .

Dead: 135lbs
Bench: 95lbs
Clean: 65lbs
