Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 strict L pull-ups
10 ring dips
15 single-leg squats

Results

Sub: single-leg squats to bench, but standing on 3 45lb bumper plates

Reps: 193 ( 6 rounds + 5 pull-ups + 8 ring dips )
