Then, practice for 5 minutes each, in any order:
Stretching
Plank holds
L-sits
Scales
Handstand descents

Results

1 x 165lbs
1 x 185lbs
1 x 195lbs
1 x 205lbs
1 x 215lbs (10lbs more than previous max)
